Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Parking and Road Safety Team Supervisor to lead a team of parking officers. The successful candidate will provide strategic direction, coaching, and performance feedback to achieve outstanding results.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of parking laws and regulations, as well as excellent customer service skills. They will be able to analyze team performance against targets and identify opportunities for improvement.

The Parking and Road Safety Team Supervisor will work closely with other teams within the organization, ensuring compliance with parking laws and regulations, delivering exceptional customer service, and contributing to service excellence in enforcement of Acts and Local Laws.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of parking officers, providing guidance, development plans, and performance feedback
  • Analyze team performance against targets and identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with parking laws and regulations
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to service excellence in enforcement of Acts and Local Laws

Key Requirements

  • A current driver's license
  • Proven experience in leading people, including supervision, development planning, and feedback
  • Experience in applying parking law, evidence collection, note-taking, conflict resolution, and court procedures
  • Ability to analyze and assess team performance against targets and identify improvements
  • Superior customer service skills and demonstrated service excellence in a similar role
