Change Adoption Specialist

The Change Adoption Lead plays a pivotal role in driving the adoption of projects across the organization by supporting the implementation of change throughout the program lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing leadership and direction to successfully deliver key milestones and outcomes, ensuring continuous effective service delivery and a performance-based work culture.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to enhance organisational capabilities to manage change in a continuous improvement environment.
  • Facilitating strong working relationships with stakeholders to support collaboration and information exchange, building on existing relationships and influencing outcomes.
  • Analysing critical change impacts using quantitative and qualitative methods to contribute to project success and develop strategies to address identified gaps.
  • Providing expert advice on change impact and proposed solutions, clearly communicating the case for change and value proposition.
  • Providing leadership and coaching in change and adoption methodology to internal and external stakeholders to support operational change during transition processes.
  • Managing meetings and events with LHDs to identify potential people risks, resistance points, and develop plans to mitigate concerns.
  • Managing day-to-day project and risk management of the change process and delivery against the Change and Communications Strategy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent active listening skills.
  • Ability to articulate messages to varied audiences.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
