Clinical Educator

About the Role:

We are seeking a Clinical Educator to join our team on a 9-month fixed-term basis. This role is ideal for a Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or Physiotherapist who is enthusiastic about clinical education, mentoring, and professional development within the aged care sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Coordinate Clinical Education Programs: Design and implement comprehensive education programs for nursing staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Mentorship and Coaching: Provide one-on-one mentoring and coaching to support the professional development of nursing teams, promoting a culture of excellence and best practice.
  • Education Systems and Compliance: Develop and manage education systems, audits, and reporting processes to ensure compliance with aged care regulations and accreditation standards.
Requirements:
  • Clinical Experience: Significant experience in clinical settings, preferably in aged care or acute care environments.
  • Qualifications: Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or Physiotherapist, and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
