Senior Clinical Educator Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate clinical educator to join our team in a fixed-term capacity.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To develop, coordinate, and facilitate clinical education programs for nursing staff to enhance their capabilities and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • To provide on-the-job training, mentoring, and competency assessments to support the development of clinical skills among staff members.
  • To support professional growth and capability-building initiatives to maintain high-quality patient care services.
  • To ensure adherence to aged care regulations, accreditation standards, and internal policies.
Essential Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a clinical setting, preferably in aged care or acute care environments.
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or Physiotherapist with AHPRA.
  • Possession of a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
  • Strong background in designing and delivering clinical education programs.
