Job Overview

The role of an Airport Services Manager is pivotal in supporting the commercial growth of airport operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies for airport concessions and public parking/ground transportation operations.
  • Collaborate with concession operators and parking/ground transportation providers to deliver exceptional customer service, meet contractual obligations, and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Assist with land development and permitting activities to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a field such as business, administration, marketing, or property management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, operations, marketing, or client management, preferably in an airport or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of concessions, parking, and commercial operations, including leases and licenses, as well as familiarity with airport operations, safety regulations, and customer service standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
