About the Role

This role involves working within the billing and accounts team at RCH Laboratory Services. As a key member of the Accounts team, you will provide administrative support with billing, claims processing and revenue generation for pathology services provided by the RCH Laboratories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of pathology billing systems and processes
  • Work collaboratively with an experienced and supportive team providing top level customer service
  • Liaise with both internal and external parties to build effective relationships

  • Experience in accurate data processing within high volume billing environments
  • Able to prioritise tasks, flexible and willing to adapt to change
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A highly motivated team player
