Job Overview
The Pathology Accounts Officer role is responsible for providing administrative support with billing, claims processing and revenue generation for pathology services.
This involves developing a sound understanding of pathology billing systems and processes, working closely with a team to deliver high-quality customer service, and building effective relationships with internal and external parties.
To succeed in this role, you will need experience in accurate data processing within high-volume environments, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to prioritise, be flexible and adapt to change.
