We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Client Manager to join our team at Allura Partners. This role will be responsible for managing a portfolio of enterprise clients and driving their success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with enterprise clients as their main point of contact.
  • Client Onboarding & Training: Lead smooth onboarding, implementation, and training for new clients.
  • Project Delivery: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.
  • Proactive Client Support: Address issues, optimise service delivery, and handle escalations.
  • Client Success Planning: Develop success plans aligned with client goals for long-term satisfaction.
  • Reporting & Communication: Manage client reporting, including SLA uptimes and contract requirements.
  • Retention & Growth: Drive renewals and identify upselling opportunities to add value.

Requirements:

  • 3 + years in a Client Success Manager role
  • Account management, or project management within SaaS, with a track record of success in managing enterprise clients
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Experience using a CRM such as Salesforce is highly desirable
