Job Overview

Lorikeet is a cutting-edge AI support platform that helps complex businesses automate their customer support and enhance the customer experience.

As an Agent Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in building the strategic foundation of our post-sales organization and establish processes, tools, and team structures that will enable Lorikeet to deliver exceptional AI implementations at scale.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted AI advisor to enterprise customers, providing clear business value and ROI for C-suite executives
  • Design and implement scalable post-sales processes from onboarding frameworks to success metrics
  • Lead multiple AI agent launches simultaneously, breaking down challenges into phased roadmaps with measurable milestones
  • Bridge business and technology by learning AI/ML concepts and credibly advising customers while partnering with engineering
  • Solve complex integration challenges using strategic thinking about the customer's entire business ecosystem
