Job Title: Food and Beverage Service Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced leader to join our team as a Food and Beverage Service Manager.

  • This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a minimum of 2 years of experience in food and beverage service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to interact with customers, employees, and third parties in a professional manner.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong time management skills, delegation skills, and employee engagement skills. They must also be able to maintain neat personal presentation and adhere to occupational health and safety policies and procedures.

In this role, you will assist the Food and Beverage Leadership team in motivating and developing staff to provide exceptional branded service and foster a positive workplace culture. You will work closely with other Resort departments and your skilled team to consistently seek out and implement improvements in product quality and guest experience.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Preparing outlets for daily operation, including setting and resetting tables, light cleaning, and beverage preparation area tasks.
  2. Maintaining accurate inventory levels and resolving discrepancies.
  3. Developing and maintaining cohesive working relationships within the team and wider hotel.
  4. Attending daily briefings, meetings, and training sessions as scheduled.
  5. Supervising employees under their responsibility for the shift, ensuring correct standards and methods of service are maintained.
  6. Demonstrating awareness of occupational health and safety policies and procedures.
