Event Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Event Manager to lead our team in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Nestled in the heart of Sanctuary Cove, our resort is renowned for delivering seamless events – from intimate executive meetings to spectacular weddings and large-scale conferences.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Event Planning and Weddings teams, as well as coordinating operational plans to meet hotel sales targets.

You will review client feedback and continually assess product offerings to elevate the guest experience.

  • Lead and inspire the Events and Weddings teams to deliver flawless, world-class experiences.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their vision and bring it to life.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Drive sales and revenue growth through innovative event solutions.
  • Review guest feedback and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

This role is pivotal within our resort, ensuring that exceptional guest service is at the heart of everything we do.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and implementing effective event strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
  2. Leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality events and exceed client expectations.
  3. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
  4. Analyzing client feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
  5. Maintaining relationships with key clients and partners.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in event management or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
