Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Educator to lead our educational programs and contribute to the growth of our team.

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of children.

As a Senior Educator, you will be responsible for mentoring and guiding a team of Educators to achieve exceptional educational outcomes.

Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Hold a Diploma qualification or higher in Early Childhood Education.

Have a minimum of 5 years' experience in an educational leadership role.

Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
