This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Workplace Health and Safety Professional, where you will play a key role in shaping a safer and healthier workplace for all.

You will be responsible for providing immediate support to injured workers, developing tailored return-to-work plans, and managing workers' compensation claims from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on injury prevention and early intervention strategies

Requirements:
  • Professional Qualifications: Return to Work Coordinator qualifications and current unrestricted membership with a relevant professional body (AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC/RCAA, or AASW)
  • Injury Management Expertise: Demonstrated experience managing workers' compensation claims, developing return-to-work plans, and collaborating with stakeholders
  • Legislative Knowledge: Strong understanding of relevant regulatory and legislative frameworks
  • Strategic Collaboration: Proven ability to align injury management strategies with broader organisational goals
  • Communication & Influence: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Time Management: Exceptional organisational skills
