We are seeking a seasoned expert in Health, Safety, and Environmental processes to join our national team. This key role involves developing and implementing robust health, safety, and environmental standards on commercial construction projects.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a skilled HSE professional to take on a critical role in shaping and enforcing health, safety, and environmental best practices across the country.
Your Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive health, safety, and environmental procedures and policies.
- Conduct regular site audits to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Provide training and guidance to project teams on health, safety, and environmental protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of health, safety, and environmental incidents and near misses.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in modular or commercial construction.
- Proven track record of implementing successful health, safety, and environmental initiatives.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
