Health, Safety, and Environmental Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Advisor to join our team. As an HSE Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, customers, and the general public.
">- Key Responsibilities:
- - Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to health, safety, and environment.
- - Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate hazards and reduce risks.
- - Provide training and guidance to employees on health, safety, and environmental procedures and protocols.
- - Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- - Develop and maintain effective communication plans to ensure that all stakeholders are informed about health, safety, and environmental matters.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of influencing positive changes in safety culture.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Advanced time management, planning, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
