Environmental, Health, and Safety Professional

Our organization is seeking an experienced Senior Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all operations comply with local regulations, industry best practices, and internal policies.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the company's EHS management system.
- Conduct site audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and take corrective action.
- Lead incident investigations and support root cause analysis to determine the underlying causes of incidents.
- Deliver EHS training and toolbox talks to employees and contractors to promote a culture of safety and well-being.
- Monitor compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and develop strategies to improve performance.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate EHS risks and opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an EHS advisory role, preferably in an Oil & Gas environment.
- Strong knowledge of national EHS regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficient in incident investigation and root cause analysis techniques.
