Mineral Resources: A Leading Diversified Resources Company
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Documentation Officer - International Trade to join our team. As a key member of our export operations, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting shipping documents to banks for negotiation under Letter of Credit (LC) in line with compliance terms and conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Export Operations: Develop and execute sales and shipping activities to deliver export products efficiently and cost-effectively to clients.
- Contract Management: Align contracts to ensure compliance with LC and contractual terms, including Incoterms.
- Documentation: Prepare LC drafts and other shipping documents in accordance with LC and contractual terms.
- Communication: Liaise with banks and buyers on LC and operational matters.
- Support: Provide full sales operational support to the sales and marketing team.
- Record Keeping: Maintain and record export insurances and declarations.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in international trade, with a strong understanding of Incoterms.
- Skills: Ability to perform under pressure, with strong communication and organizational skills.
- Language: Bilingual in English and Chinese (preferred).
