Staff Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Machine Learning Engineer to join our team at Canva. As a key member of our Machine Learning Engineering specialty, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining complex production systems to apply statistics and machine learning at scale.
As a Staff Machine Learning Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on a cutting-edge natural language understanding system that seamlessly integrates into Canva, enabling users to find help easily. You will be part of a fast-moving cross-functional team, rapidly building and shipping machine learning-driven features to users and staff.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, software engineering, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions. You will be working closely with our leadership team to develop an AI/ML strategy and roadmap to improve the customer support experience.
