Job Description:
">The Client Support Officer plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to clients accessing the services of The Orange Door. As a key member of the Hub Support Team, this position is responsible for providing a first point of contact for clients and partner agencies, offering responsive and timely advice and connections to services.
">Main Responsibilities:

- Support the Hub Manager and broader workforce in achieving client-focused objectives aligned with strategic policy directions.">
- Prioritise tasks competently and sensitively to provide optimal service delivery to clients.">
- Employ advanced interpersonal communication skills to respond effectively to diverse client needs, including sensitivity to changes in behavioural presentation and indicators of risk and aggression.">
Requirements:
">To succeed in this role, applicants must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. A Working with Children Check is also required.
