We are seeking an exceptional Customer Service professional to join our team in a dynamic role that offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers.

The ideal candidate will be an important member of our Customer Service team, reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager. In this role, you will provide phone and email customer service, sales, and support to our customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Receiving inbound calls and email inquiries from customers
  • Proactively making outbound calls to promote our products and services
  • Resolving customer queries quickly and accurately
  • Scheduling services for residential customers
  • Converting incoming inquiries into sales opportunities
  • Liaising with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Maintaining databases by ensuring customer records and details are up to date while ensuring compliance.

Requirements include experience working in customer service or call centre environments, proficiency in verbal and written communication, and the ability to work calmly under pressure while multi-tasking.
