Role Summary:
This role is a vital part of our bakery team, responsible for creating an inviting atmosphere for guests and providing top-notch service to ensure their satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, warm, and welcoming, with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prominent Greeting: Warmly greet walk-in and phone guests with genuine enthusiasm and helpfulness to identify their interests and needs.
- Exceptional Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our cake options, including size, flavor profiles, pricing, promotions, and retail merchandise.
- Sales and Recommendations: Suggest additional merchandise, such as balloons, candles, and cards, to enhance celebration uniqueness.
- Order Processing: Process guest orders efficiently and accurately using the point-of-sale system and invite guests to join our email club for exclusive promotions.
- Workplace Presentation: Uphold a clean and organized bakery environment, including routine floor maintenance and dusting/cleaning tasks.
- Retail Merchandise and Cake Display: Replenish retail merchandise and cake display cases to ensure visually appealing presentations.
- Decorations and Packaging: Assist the craft department in preparing cake decorations and packaging supplies as needed.
- Compliance: Comply with all health and safety guidelines, company policies, and procedures, including dress code and personal hygiene standards.

Work Availability:
