  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and queries regarding our services or policies
Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, be organized and capable of meeting deadlines, and have a genuine interest in pets. While prior experience with pet insurance or veterinary care is not necessary, it would be beneficial.
