Clinical Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned Clinical Manager to provide leadership and guidance in the delivery of exceptional care services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality clinical governance and compliance practices are implemented and maintained.

About Us

Our service focuses on providing integrated care and support to improve recovery outcomes. We offer full DBT clinical and DBT skills building interventions to the community.

This role requires a high level of autonomy, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities. You will be responsible for coordinating care for adults and their families, as well as managing a team of professionals.

Requirements
  • Must have one of the following: Full AHPRA registration as a Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Occupational Therapist or Mental Health Nurse, OR AASW registration as an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker
  • Knowledge and understanding of evidence-based interventions and clinical practice in mental health and alcohol and drug use
