About us:

We specialise in mental health service delivery, focusing on adults and young people, as well as early childhood intervention.

Service Overview:

Our community mental health and wellbeing service offers integrated care and support for adults, their families and carers. This includes access to clinical mental health services; care coordination and NDIS supports. We also provide full DBT clinical and DBT skills building interventions to the community.

Role Summary:

The Clinical Manager plays a critical role in providing leadership and management of clinical services. The focus is on delivering excellence in quality care provision, ensuring all clinical governance and compliance targets are implemented and met, as well as supporting innovation and quality improvement to achieve evidence-based outcomes for individuals accessing our service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day delivery of clinical services
  • Ensure clinical governance and compliance targets are met
  • Support innovation and quality improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve excellent outcomes

Requirements:

  • AHPRA registration as a Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Occupational Therapist or Mental Health Nurse, OR AASW registration as an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker
  • Knowledge and understanding of evidence-based interventions and clinical practice
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to engage with individuals, advocate on their behalf and establish effective relationships with staff, participants and stakeholders
