Illawarra Diggers has been providing high-quality care to older veterans, their families, and members of the broader community for more than 79 years. We provide a friendly, caring, and homely environment that seeks to enhance the quality of life of every resident.

Position: Personal Care Workers – Aged Care (permanent, part-time, and casual)

We are seeking experienced aged care workers and dedicated individuals interested in building a career in aged care. Applicants should have a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or a related discipline to join our team.

You will need to demonstrate:

  • A passion for caring for and supporting older people to maintain their dignity and independence;
  • The ability to provide and document services accurately;
  • The flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and nights on a rotating basis.

You will also require:

  • Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain upon appointment)
