About Our Retail Store Associate Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist new clients with account opening and app navigation.
  • Answer basic questions and help clients feel confident using our platform's innovative features.
  • Support marketing events and workshops—be part of the buzz around our newest campaigns.
  • Work with your team to keep store operations on track and clients happy.
  • Help with documentation and compliance, always keeping client information safe.
  • Assist sales efforts by following up on leads and supporting client acquisition goals.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years' experience in customer service, preferably financial advice, or retail investment services
  • Basic knowledge of financial markets and trading platforms
  • A people-focused individual: great communicator (English; Mandarin/Cantonese a plus)
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable with multitasking
  • Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Tech-savvy and keen to learn new digital tools
  • A customer-first problem solver who's always ready to help
