Recall Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the design and implementation of a Recall Policy and Clinical Risk Framework.

This key role will oversee the rollout of a centralised Recall Management System across all sites, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and procurement strategies.

You will act as the clinical risk liaison across departments, providing expert advice on recalls and adverse events.

Suitable candidates will have experience leading organisational change and system implementation within a healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing a Recall Policy and Clinical Risk Framework
  • Oversight of the recall management system
  • Providing expert advice on recalls and adverse events
  • Leading organisational change and system implementation

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Proven experience in recalls in a clinical setting
  • Intermediate knowledge of medical devices (consumables, implants, equipment)
  • Critical thinking skills to determine severity and required actions for recall-related events
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
