Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the development and implementation of a Recall Policy and Clinical Risk Framework. This framework will encompass governance, escalation protocols, and recall management system rollout across all sites.
- Experience with recalls in clinical settings is essential.
- Knowledge of medical devices (consumables, implants, equipment) is required.
- Critical thinking skills to assess severity and determine required actions for recall-related events are necessary.
- Leadership experience in organisational change and system implementation within healthcare environments is required.
- Stakeholder management and influencing skills across clinical and non-clinical domains are essential.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to convey information under pressure are necessary.
- Multitasking abilities with the capacity to lead multiple complex projects simultaneously.
The ideal candidate will have direct experience in a clinical hospital setting, particularly within procurement, supply chain, or risk management departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a Recall Policy and Clinical Risk Framework.

- Oversee the rollout of a centralised Recall Management System across all sites.
