Comprehensive Recall Strategy Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Recall Policy and Clinical Risk Framework Coordinator to lead the national implementation of a comprehensive recall policy.
The successful candidate will oversee the rollout of a centralised Recall Management System across all sites, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and procurement strategies.
As the clinical risk liaison, you will provide expert advice on recalls and adverse events, supporting hospitals with training and education on the new system.
Key responsibilities include managing ongoing reporting and risk-informed lifecycle management, as well as providing guidance on product recall processes and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills are essential for determining severity and required actions for recall-related events.
- Experience with recalls in a clinical setting and intermediate knowledge of medical devices are also required.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills are necessary for effective communication and collaboration across clinical and non-clinical domains.
- Organised and driven, you will lead multiple complex projects simultaneously and contribute to organisational change and system implementation within a healthcare environment.
