Ashurst is a leading law firm with a unique approach to risk advisory services. As a Senior Consultant/Manager in our team, you will be part of a collaborative and expertise-led environment that combines legal and risk expertise to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.
We are seeking an experienced consultant with a proven track record in risk management to join our team in Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane. In this role, you will work closely with our Projects & Energy Transition, Real Estate & Property legal teams to advise clients on complex strategic commercial issues throughout the infrastructure lifecycle.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting clients in developing and implementing risk frameworks and assessing risk programs;
- Designing and implementing compliance programs to ensure regulatory requirements are met;
- Collaborating with adjacent legal services teams to deliver high-quality services to clients;
- Participating in business development activities to build the profile of the firm and yourself.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3-5 years' experience in a client-facing role within a well-respected consulting firm;
- Demonstrated capability and expertise in advising clients on risk and/or compliance management;
- Experience in the infrastructure, projects, or property industry is essential;
- Proven experience delivering high-quality work for clients and stakeholders in line with expectations and deadlines;
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
Ashurst offers a competitive salary of around $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
