We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our organization's technology and transformation strategy. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer and executive team to drive digital innovation and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a small internal team of 8 professionals across IT, data, and transformation functions
  • Implement enterprise-wide systems and CRM solutions to deliver seamless customer-centric and employee-friendly processes
  • Develop an integrated data strategy to enhance decision-making and governance capabilities
  • Overhaul customer-facing and field service tools to streamline workflows and integrate with partners
  • Enhance cybersecurity, governance, and operating model maturity to reduce risk and increase resilience
  • Cultivate talent, build capability, and evolve team structure to create a future-ready internal function
  • Drive people and process change to ensure adoption and cultural alignment
  • Oversee end-to-end change strategy and manage vendors to deliver against milestones and outcomes
