About the Role

  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service
    • Provide a high level of customer satisfaction by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Promote Products and Services
    • Effectively promote our products and services to customers, highlighting their benefits and features.
  • Operate Point of Sale and Monitor Fuel/Stock Deliveries
    • Operate the point of sale system accurately and efficiently, processing transactions and handling customer payments.
    • Monitor fuel and stock deliveries to ensure timely and accurate receipt of goods.
  • Maintain a Safe Working Environment
    • Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to company policies and procedures, and reporting any hazards or incidents to management.
  • Maintain Effective Merchandising and Stock Control
    • Ensure that merchandise is properly displayed and stocked, and that stock levels are maintained at optimal levels.

Requirements

  • Previous Retail Experience
    • Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred, but not required.
  • Confident Attitude and Energetic Approach
    • A confident and energetic attitude is essential for this role, as you will be interacting with customers and representing the company.
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills and Attention to Detail
