About the Role

Infinite Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Hospitality Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our Hotel Services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare, plate, and serve delicious meals to our residents, taking pride in presenting a high-quality dining experience.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to strict hygiene standards.
  • Washing and Loading: Wash dishes, load and unload the dishwasher, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Excellent Safety Awareness: Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our residents, ensuring their dining experiences are enjoyable and memorable.

Requirements

  • Experience: 6 months of kitchen experience, preferably in the aged care sector.
  • Passion for Food: A genuine passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality meals.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to problem-solve, work with limited supervision, and think critically in fast-paced environments.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and residents.
  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Transportation: Own transport or access to safe and reliable pick-up and drop-off transportation.
  • Australian Working Rights: Full Australian working rights are required for this role.
