About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Hospitality Assistant to join our team at Infinite Aged Care. As a key member of our Hotel Services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve high-quality meals to our residents, taking pride in presentation and attention to detail.
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen and dining environment, adhering to strict hygiene and sanitation standards.
  • Assist with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and chopping ingredients.
  • Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and other team members to ensure seamless service.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to resident needs and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.

Requirements

  • 6 Months of kitchen experience, preferably in the aged care sector.
  • A strong passion for food and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Reliable transportation or access to safe and reliable pick-up and drop-off transportation.
  • Full Australian working rights.
