Requirements

  • Strong ability to provide exceptional service and handle guest inquiries with professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Willingness to work across different departments, taking on varied tasks and responsibilities, and adapting to changing situations.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software (i.e., Opera) and knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • High standards of cleanliness and organization, with a focus on maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Hold a valid QLD RSA (Response Service of Alcohol) certificate or willingness to obtain one.
  • Flexible availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends, with minimal supervision.
