About this Role

We are seeking an experienced Works Ready Team Leader to lead our Planning team in the preparation and coordination of work packages for field delivery teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical networks, project coordination, or a related field, with experience in work planning and order management within the electricity supply industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of planners located across multiple depots, driving high standards of work readiness.
  • Oversee job scoping, outage management, and materials ordering.
  • Ensure work packages meet compliance, HSEQ, and quality standards.
  • Champion smart work packaging strategies to optimise resources and customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • Experience in electrical networks, project coordination, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in work planning and order management within the electricity supply industry.
  • A sound understanding of construction, maintenance, scheduling, and network operations.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, GIS tools, and other work management systems.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to coach, mentor, and build team capability.
