Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of planners to ensure accurate, timely and efficient preparation of work packages. This includes overseeing job scoping, outage management and materials ordering.

Additionally, they will be responsible for ensuring work packages meet compliance, HSEQ and quality standards, and promoting the use of digital tools to improve planning efficiency.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have experience in electrical networks, project coordination or a related field. You should also have demonstrated experience in work planning and order management within the electricity supply industry.

A sound understanding of construction, maintenance, scheduling and network operations is essential, as well as proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office and GIS tools.

Leadership experience with the ability to coach, mentor and build team capability is also required.
