Marketing Operations Specialist

We are seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to drive business growth through data-driven insights and strategic marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, experience with data manipulation and Martech platforms, and excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.

The role involves providing quality assurance on all offer and data inputs, setting up data for testing purposes, and conducting testing within Adobe and Responsys.

About the Role:

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality assurance on all offer and data inputs in accordance with process and briefing instructions.
  • Ensure all personalization and dynamic elements are executed as per brief and tested.
  • Set up data for testing purposes.
  • Understand targeting segments and creative variations within marketing campaigns.
  • Assist and consult on best-in-class solution design including use of data in digital projects.
  • Conduct testing within Adobe and Responsys to ensure creative segments, data, and all personalized elements meet expectations.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with SQL, data manipulation, and other analytical packages.
  • Experience in data preparation for marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in Martech platforms (e.g., Oracle, Adobe, Salesforce).
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
