International Recruitment Specialist

This role is focused on achieving international student recruitment targets by developing, implementing and evaluating effective strategies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Achieving international student recruitment targets through strategic partnerships and innovative marketing approaches
  • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies that align with business objectives
  • Maintaining relationships with education institutions and other stakeholders to facilitate articulation and partnership linkages
  • Leading a team of staff in assigned countries to drive recruitment and partnership goals

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience; or
  • Extensive experience and management expertise; or
  • An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
  • In-depth knowledge of the international student recruitment markets and the Australian Higher Education Sector
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully develop and implement innovative marketing strategy
