International Recruitment Opportunity

CQUniversity is seeking a skilled International Recruitment Executive to join their team in Melbourne, VIC. As part of the International Directorate, you will play a key role in advancing the University's global presence and student community.

The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting high-quality international students across all course levels and campuses. They will build and manage relationships with education agents, partner institutions, and other stakeholders, while providing expert guidance on study options and life in Australia.

This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact, working in a dynamic and supportive team focused on global engagement. The ideal candidate will have expertise in international student recruitment, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and experience working in high-performing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit international students across all course levels and campuses
  • Build and manage relationships with education agents, partner institutions, and other stakeholders
  • Provide expert guidance on study options and life in Australia
  • Contribute to enrolment targets and strategic partnership outcomes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in international student recruitment, particularly in North Asia markets (e.g., China, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea)
  • Proven ability to build and manage effective stakeholder relationships across diverse cultural backgrounds
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills, including fluency in Mandarin
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems
