We are in search of a dynamic and visionary Retail Operations Manager to spearhead our inaugural store. This is a remarkable opportunity to contribute to the growth of a prestigious brand and make a substantial impact in a new market.

The selected candidate will be accountable for enhancing store performance, providing exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring our brand ethos is reflected in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

· Inspire and lead the store team to meet sales objectives and deliver superior customer service.

· Formulate and execute innovative sales initiatives to boost store performance.

· Uphold high standards of visual merchandising and store aesthetics.

· Cultivate a positive and inclusive team culture, offering coaching and development opportunities for team members.

· Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment and loss prevention strategies.

· Review sales data and customer feedback to pinpoint areas for enhancement and growth.

· Ensure adherence to company policies and operational procedures.
