About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Property Valuer to join our Rural Division in Darling Downs. As a key member of our team, you will utilise your specialised talent and skills to conduct valuations and prepare detailed reports within stipulated time frames.

You will be responsible for assessing current market activity, analysing comparable sales data, and utilising mobile technology for field inspections. Strong business relationships both internally and externally are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) qualification.
  • API Membership, Certificate of Compliance, and Risk Management Certificate.
  • Proven experience completing property valuations.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised and efficient.
  • Ability to work within tight timelines and under pressure.
  • Team player with a positive outlook.
  • Exceptional customer service ethic.
