About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Transformation Lead to drive enterprise-wide transformation efforts across our operations. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in leading and supporting the development and implementation of strategic initiatives that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and delivery of a comprehensive digital transformation strategy that drives business growth and improvement.
  • Conduct detailed assessments of current-state business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design and implement fit-for-purpose solutions and change strategies.
  • Support the centralisation and standardisation of key functions across the enterprise to enhance operational flexibility and decision-making.
  • Evaluate and recommend digital platforms, tools, and systems to support business units.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 5-8 years' experience in digital transformation, enterprise strategy, or business process improvement.
  • Proven experience leading or supporting complex transformation initiatives in large-scale or government-aligned environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, particularly working with SMEs and senior leaders.
  • Demonstrated experience with enterprise digital tools (e.g., Power Platform, SharePoint, ERP/CRM systems).
