Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate workshops and interviews to elicit high-level and detailed project requirements.
  • Define project requirements in a standardized format, ensuring clarity and consistency.
  • Monitor project progress, track activities, and resolve issues, championing continuous improvement.
  • Technical acumen to work closely with development teams to understand technical constraints, validate feasibility, and help identify solutions.
  • Demonstrate a proactive attitude, influencing outcomes and negotiating with stakeholders.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Agile methodologies and a passion for delivering innovative solutions. You will have a Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field, such as IT, Business, or eCommerce, and hold a Business Analysis Certification (e.g. CBAP, PBA or similar).

Key qualifications and requirements include:

  • 3-5 years of experience as an Agile Business Analyst in product delivery.
  • Experience in retail or digital product environment is highly desired.
  • Hands-on experience in Agile frameworks and ability to think lean and deliver iteratively.
