The Data Insights Analyst will support the Insights Manager to partner with stakeholders to provide timely, valuable and actionable insights that influence business decisions and drive changes for Hasbro, its customers and end-consumers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, utilise and maintain sales reports, with a focus on data integrity, reporting, analysis and insights generation
  • Analyse data and develop insights to drive brand, segment, retailer and category growth
  • Report and present data and insights that provide clear recommendations for users
  • Assist the Insights Manager to instil a data led culture
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in business, mathematics, finance, computer science or data science discipline
  • 2+ years' experience in commercial analytics, data science or quantitative market research
  • Strong Excel skills essential
  • Experience with business intelligence tools, such as Power BI and ability to derive marketing insights from data
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to produce accurate and timely solutions
  • Strong numerical literacy with a passion for shaping and using data Ability to effectively communicate a story through data
  • Attention to detail critical
  • Interest and knowledge of the entertainment and toy industries ideal
  • Excellent verbal & written communication
