Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our team at the NSW Department of Communities and Justice. As a Senior Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving departmental decisions with meaningful data analysis and insights.
Key Responsibilities- Work with a team of analysts to provide evidence to inform policy and operational practice that directly supports the people of NSW.
- Undertake targeted analysis, develop new metrics, and create interactive reporting tools to help improve DCJ service delivery performance.
- Help drive departmental decisions with data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Advanced skills and proven experience in using data analysis tools such as R Studio/R, Python, or similar.
- Proven experience in drawing insights from data and presenting findings to non-technical audiences.
- Good oral and written communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
