Job Title

Aircraft Maintenance Engineer is responsible for the maintenance, modification, servicing, inspection, testing and troubleshooting of aircraft systems.

The role involves working with a variety of aircraft systems, associated components and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) Services team seeks experienced Aviation Maintenance Professionals to support world-class fixed-wing strike fighters.
  • Responsible for completing assigned tasks by undertaking a variety of activities, sign-off and Certification in accordance with appropriate AMD.
  • Provide mentorship to subordinate technicians in the development of their pathway to success.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will hold a Certificate IV in Aeroskills (Armament), demonstrate a sound knowledge of Aviation Quality Assurance (QA) procedures and DASR 145 Aircraft Maintenance Regulatory Framework.

Applicants must be an Australian Citizen with high-level verbal and written communication skills.

Possess an Australian NV1 Defence security clearance or the ability to obtain.
