">The C-27J Spartan Battlefield Airlifter aircraft requires specialized training to operate effectively. As an Avionics Technical Instructor, you will play a crucial role in delivering and coordinating training programs for 35SQN's operational maintenance personnel, as well as Northrop Grumman Australia's (NGA) maintenance and engineering teams.

- Instruct and assess theory and practical courses detailed in the C-27J TLS Training Program to schedule and customer specifications.">
- Deliver the maintenance suite of training for the C-27J platform to operational maintenance personnel.">
- Maintain and update Training Materials ensure accurate training records are maintained.">
Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and instructional skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations. You should have experience in aviation or military operations, with a strong understanding of technical systems and procedures. Additionally, you will need to satisfy pre-employment drug & alcohol testing, police checks and employment screening verification.
