Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Position

Our team is seeking a skilled Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to join our maintenance team at the RAAF base in Amberley.

This role plays a critical part in delivering multiple serviceable aircraft on time and within expectations.

The successful candidate will work as part of a close-knit team with all levels of experience welcome, from those recently finished their formal qualifications to seasoned professionals.

About this Role
  • Cert IV Aviation Trade/Aero Skills (Avionics) qualification required
  • Passion for the C-27J program essential
  • Willingness to learn from experienced team members

We provide type-training as part of our onboarding process, ensuring you have the necessary skills to excel in this role.

Your Responsibilities
  • Identify manpower, tools and facilities requirements
  • Presentation of solutions to resolve technical and logistics challenges
  • Reporting and follow-up major defects and publications
