Dental Practice Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Practice Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for the overall management of the practice, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently.
Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring that the practice meets its financial targets. You will also be responsible for leading and developing the practice team, providing guidance and support as needed.
About the Role- Line management responsibility for the practice team.
- Supporting the clinical team to deliver their NHS and Private objectives.
- Profit and Loss management - managing costs effectively and identifying opportunities for business growth.
- Reviewing business reports to ensure the efficient and profitable running of your practice.
You will be expected to maintain accurate records, including policies, procedures, and handbooks, and ensure that the practice complies with all Health and Safety requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Dental Practice Management experience.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Prior experience of being responsible for business performance, working to KPI's and targets, and managing Profit and Loss.
- Staff management experience, including appraisals and performance management.
A strong level of enthusiasm and motivation is essential for this role, as you will be playing a key part in growing the practice. Hold CQC registration as a Practice Manager or willingness and commitment to complete necessary requirements (including DBS check) to obtain registration.
